Jen Rapuano is a Sr. Systems Reliability Engineer at Nutanix in San Jose, CA. Prior to her current position, she previously worked at Cisco Systems transitioning through various roles including: UCS B-Series Escalation Engineer in the BU, Customer Support Engineer on the Server Virtualization TAC team in RTP, NC, providing customer support for both the UCS and Nexus 1000v technologies, and Customer Support Engineer on the Unified Communications TAC team.
